Standing Behind Everything they Do....... 1/21/2017

Our 1996 LA West Conversion, owned by Tanya Tucker has been in the shop a few times fixing everything we can find needing fixing before it breaks down in the Ozark Mtn. Back in July we replaced the Radiator and first cold snap in Dec. I had a puddle under the van. Turns out the new unit started leaking on the top tank. So we took it in and Chris put in a New One again and were good as new. Yes, even new after market stuff go's bad. The Great thing is they covered it 100%. Bat Boy's is the Only Place Miss Ann and I trust. Buzz, Shirley, Chris, and the whole crew. They are Christen's, Honest, and Fair. Texas Dar & Miss Ann Mary. more

They break things and then charge you 12/6/2016

Took my van in to get tires put on..simple enough right..well they told my wife that 2 studs were broken and wanted to charge us for the studs and 50.00 to replace. They broke the studs taking the tire off!! They of course deny this but i had the van "inspected" prior to taking the van to them as i have been told about them doing this such thing. Funny how every single customer had something else wrong with their cars the 2 hrs i was there. Film at 11 as they say!! more

B.A.T. Boys Saved Our Vacation 11/8/2016

We were on vacation from Canada travelling through the US and as we were heading into Branson, we blew our engine in our 2005 Chrysler 300. We managed to hobble it into Branson to our hotel. We asked around and B.A.T. Boys came highly recommended. So I called them and called a tow truck to take our vehicle to them. They managed to find a used engine quickly! Yeah! Buzz the owner recommended a lessor expensive hotel for us to stay in while we wait for our vehicle to get fixed. They kept us informed on their progress each day. Buzz even delivered the vehicle to us when it was completed and we were on our way again. Thank you to all at B.A.T. Boys who made this unfortunate experience come to a good end of the story. more

Saved by lemon check 10/28/2016

If you hadn't done the lemon check for me I could have spent thousands of dollars trying to make the vehicle safe enough to put my grandson in. Instead I took it back to the dealer and tried to make them do right by me which didn't more
