Buzz and his whole crew are all extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The job was finished at the time promised and it was less that the original estimate. I wish B.A.T. Boys was located in my town. Oh by the way we were on vacation in Branson when we had to have the rack and pinion replaced on our Saturn Relay. People like Buzz are few in this world. Like tonight, Buz told me the Evaporator on the van has to be replaced but Guaranteed me it Will Blow "Cold Air" with 38* out side........Ain't gonna be Cheep this time but it will be as Fair as they can make it.......Good Christen Folk's they are and that say's it all. Trustworthy 12/18/2015

I am overall pleased with the service I receive whenever I use Batt Boys in Branson. They are prompt, courteous and honest. I had to use them twice this week for emergency repairs to two very old vehicles, one of which had to be towed to the shop. By the end of the day, I was driving my vehicle again with no fear that it would break down again due to poor workmanship. I trust these guys and will continue to use them. more

Service is great, but.... Last time they drove my daughters truck thru a puddle and got mud on her chrome wheels. Yesterday they left dirt/grease on the floor mats. I will cover next time. more
