Br Perfection Rocks! 10/28/2007

My car got keyed... And when I took my car in to get looked at by Brad, he guaranteed that he would my my car look brand new, better than when it just came out of the dealership. Thats just what he did! B2 Perfection did and awesome job! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top of the line body shop! Thank you Brad and Team! more

I am 100% satisfied with B2 Perfection Auto Body Shop 9/29/2007

Outstanding service and auto body repair work recently performed on our 1998 Honda I've had my share of dings and dents over the years and have always relied on USAA approved body shops for the repairs. This time, however, I chose B2 Perfection Auto Body based on the enthusiastic recommendation by a friend. I was not disappointed. B2 Perfection is showroom clean, from the reception area to the repair area and everywhere in between. The quality of the repair was better than new. The whole car looked almost new after repair to a quarter panel. Their complete attention to detail is unmatched. Further, when I picked up the vehicle, I noticed the pneumatic tubes supporting the rear hatch were not working. B2 Perfection replaced them with no fuss and at their cost. I found out later form my wife they were failing before the car was given to their care - a real example of their impressive service. I would HIGHLY recommend this company both for their workmanship and integrity. 9/13/2007

It definitely takes a leap of faith to buy a brand new VW Beetle and let someone take it apart. But that's exactly what we did. For my daughter's 16th birthday she wanted a "hot pink bug", and I was lucky enough to find B2Perfection to take on the project. They took our black Beetle and made my daugher's dream come true. The B2Perfection team was fabulous throughout the entire process, and their attention to detail was incredible. Blake gave us realistic costs and timelines and then delivered on both. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this company both for their workmanship and integrity. BEST BODY SHOP EXPERIENCE 6/21/2007

Hi Brad, I am here to express my appreciation to you regarding the best quality service that you and Blake have provided that fixed the noise problem of my '06 Toyota Solara. The problem was not a safety issue but it has frustrated me so much that I was considering letting it go. The dealership and its affiliated body shop couldn't figure out what was the problem after 4 services. Imagining the frustration of dropping off the car, renting a car, then picking up the car after being notified it is fixed and found the problem still remains, for four times. After you took over the service, you have shown nothing but willingness to resolve the problem in everyway, and you did it. The source of the cracking noise is from the moon roof that caused by un-noticed incident. This noise can be almost identified as a body frame issue and it is very hard to suspect from otherwise. You have offered me the best body shop experience that I couldn't with any other garages and I have to thank you for that. Regards, Paul Chang more

Great experience 6/15/2007

Another great experience at B2 Perfection Auto Body shop. Beside trees spraying my Black BMW like a dog fire hydrant, the birds starting targeting my car as a good spot going to the bathroom. It’s like a practical joke on me my car became as a big bulls-eye. But I wasn’t laughing because whatever poison they eat it would oxidize my car and no solution would take it off. To my delight no problem for B2 Perfection Auto Body shop. They took everything off and my car again became sparkling clean. Again, I want to thank the whole crew and especially Brad Trost. Whatever problem I have concerning my car they take a good care of it. I really recommend B2 Perfection Auto Body Shop, they will take your worries away and make you smile again. more

BEST AUTO BODY SHOP IN THE BAY AREA 5/29/2007

I would like to start off by thanking Brad the owner and Blake the shop manager for the excellent customer service they provided at B2 Perfections. The workmanship to get my SUV looking brand new after my beautiful wife wrecked it few weeks back (thank god her and my son is ok) has been much appricated. They got my SUV back quickly and with all OEM parts with out a budge. B2 Perfection works for us the customer and not the cheap insurance companies. I would like recommend B2 Perfection to everyone in the Bay Area. The shop is great, the team is friendly, and the work is 100% worth your time. Thanks B2, Your the best! more

I'll never take my car anywhere else 1/12/2006

This place really gets it. You've crashed your car in some form or fashion (or in my case, the whole side of my car was egged!) and you just want it repaired without hassle, without wondering if you are getting screwed on price, etc. This repair shop knows how to treat their customers. The customer service was so great, I actually thought, 'is this for real?' and they really are there to serve you in the best possible way. I had such a great experience from the time I dropped off the car through to the quality of the repair, that I've vowed to only bring my car there when it needs fixin! Other pluses: 1) They have a great relationship with Enterprise, so getting a rental car was easy (even with 2 child car seats!). 2) There is a very large fish tank in the lobby and my boys were enthralled with the fish while I took care of the paperwork. more
