Review content:
This place really gets it. You've crashed your car in some form or fashion (or in my case, the whole side of my car was egged!) and you just want it repaired without hassle, without wondering if you are getting screwed on price, etc.
This repair shop knows how to treat their customers. The customer service was so great, I actually thought, 'is this for real?' and they really are there to serve you in the best possible way. I had such a great experience from the time I dropped off the car through to the quality of the repair, that I've vowed to only bring my car there when it needs fixin!
Other pluses:
1) They have a great relationship with Enterprise, so getting a rental car was easy (even with 2 child car seats!).
2) There is a very large fish tank in the lobby and my boys were enthralled with the fish while I took care of the paperwork.
