Review content:
Hi Brad,
I am here to express my appreciation to you regarding the best quality service that you and Blake have provided that fixed the noise problem of my '06 Toyota Solara.
The problem was not a safety issue but it has frustrated me so much that I was considering letting it go. The dealership and its affiliated body shop couldn't figure out what was the problem after 4 services. Imagining the frustration of dropping off the car, renting a car, then picking up the car after being notified it is fixed and found the problem still remains, for four times.
After you took over the service, you have shown nothing but willingness to resolve the problem in everyway, and you did it. The source of the cracking noise is from the moon roof that caused by un-noticed incident. This noise can be almost identified as a body frame issue and it is very hard to suspect from otherwise.
You have offered me the best body shop experience that I couldn't with any other garages and I have to thank you for that.
Regards,
Paul Chang
