I had a problem with my transmission. There was a hole in my transmission, it was on fire. I called B & R Starter and told them my problem, they said I could bring the van to them...

Had the Taurus in to get it checked up before a two hour ride from Charlotte to Burlington. The guys showed me my cracked serpentine belt and bald spots on the tires, made their recommendations, and gave me my options. When I made my decision the work was done within the afternoon and i was away again. Another great job by B&R. I will be back again!\r more

I went to 5 other garages and no one could figure out what was wrong with my heater it would not run. so i ended up at Ba & R they fixed the wiring harness and now my heater is working great. Thanks Guys\r more

My husband and I got my son a used car for his birthday and we said that he could do anything that he wanted to it to make it more like him, within reason of course, as long as he paid for it. He decided to get get a stereo and video system. He needed to have someone install it so I told him to go to B & R Starter because I have gone there for work on my own car. He loved what they did for him. He is thinking about getting more work done and will be going back to them. Thank you for helping him.\r more

Finally someone who knows Jeeps! My Jeep had some electrical issues. I took it to 1 other shop and they could not find the problem. The lead tech at B & R Starter found the problem and had it repaired before the end of the same day! (It helps that the technician's family owns 4 of them.) The service manager was very polite and informative. I have nothing but great appreciation for their efforts and honesty! It was a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely go back.\r more
