One morning my car did not start. After trying again and again it finally did. I knew that it was time for the car to have an oil change and service anyway, and luckily my car told me itself by not starting. My friend had a great experience with B & R, so I took it there without an appointment. When I arrived I saw that they were quite busy, but they were kind enough to make the time for my car. I thought maybe it was the starter. While I was there the tech thought he smelled something coming from my engine. Soon after I left, he called with the diagnosis. It was not the starter, but the battery. However the filter on the radiator was cracked an leaking. He asked for me to come back so that he could show me the issue, but I was already too far to do that. When I went to pick up my car, he took the opportunity to show me how the filter looked. I appreciated how he ran his business, and felt comfortable since we know that in these situations we can be taken advantage of.
