I had a problem with my transmission. There was a hole in my transmission, it was on fire. I called B & R Starter and told them my problem, they said I could bring the van to them...

Not satisfied 1/25/2012

I had a problem with my transmission. There was a hole in my transmission, it was on fire. I called B & R Starter and told them my problem, they said I could bring the van to them. I paid a towing company $100.00 to bring my van to B & R Starter. The next day they called me saying that they don't deal with transmission. Why didn't they tell me that when I called them telling I had a problem in the transmission? I could spend $100.00 towing the car for a mechanic that would solve my problem. And they put transmission oil in my van and charged me $20.00. They knew there was a hole in my transmission. They just waist transmission oil and made me pay for that. I'm not happy with them. FAST AND GOOD WORK! 11/7/2011

I had been having problems with the heating system in my dash board and it's getting colder and colder, so I brought it in and the re wired all kinds of thing allowing me to have the heat back on and not have to freeze on the way to work! Thank you so much for that. Great prices too, by the way. more
