My plasma screen went out over a month ago. They were assigned to honor my extended warranty. It took them a week to get out to my house and they took it away. It took over a week for them to even look at it. Took two weeks to get the parts in house and over a week to schedule a delivery. They are supposed to deliver today, but their phones are apparently not working, or they have no one manning them because they will not pick up. If you value your sanity I would never consider using this company for a repair. I will advise the store where I bought it to take this company out of their database.
Pros: Are you kidding me?
Cons: Everything from the moment they were called to fix my tv.
