I have been a customer of B & B Watercraft for years. They have serviced our pwc, ski boat and pontoon boat. They have solved problems that others have been unable to fix. Their prices are fair and service is prompt. more

NEW LIFETIME CUSTOMER! I used B&B for the first time a few weeks ago and was very pleased with my experience. I'm new to boat owning and recently bought a boat that wasn't quite running the way I thought it should. Being new I couldn't really explain what was going on, so the owner offered to meet me at his house, after hours to go on the lake, one so he could see exactly what the boat was doing and secondly to show me a few things. I am a lifetime customer now. As long as I own a boat I'll take it to B&B. more

I've been going to B & B for years. Customer service has always been wonderful. The owner allows me to dock my boat at his house when I need work done, so I don't have to worry about putting it on a trailer and towing it over to the shop. The nice young lady calls to give me updates on the process and their prices have always been in line with competitors. Its a shame that people with negative experiences always seem to post reviews, but those with positive ones don't bother. So, I've said my peace and have always and will continue to use B & B. more

WORST customer experience I've ever had...bar none!! Dropped my pwc's off for some service a month ago. Received a call a few days later saying what was wrong and I gave the go-ahead to fix them. They said it would be a week to a week and half. No problem, I told them!\r I was never informed about a diagnostic fee or that they had a severe backlog. \r Two weeks go by and I call to see how things are going. The lady who answered told me a mechanic quit but they would be ready by the middle of the following week. I call back the end of the next week and inquire on their progress. Again i was told they were next to be worked on and that they would be ready by the middle of the next week. When I called the next time....the lady who answered got snotty when I asked why it was taking so long. She said ""well...we don't work on the weekends!"" I asked why she had told me over a week ago that they were next in line and why she kept making up fantasy completion dates. I told her I was coming in to pick up pwc's. When I get there, they demand that I pay a diagnostic fee before they would release my pwc's! I then asked to speak to the owner came out and with a smug grin said that I could call the cops but he wasn't going to waive the fee. I told him that I was never told about a diagnostic fee and that they had promised for weeks that i was next in line and that I would be able to pick them up the following week. I asked him nicely to waive the fee that I was never told about and since they had repeatedly lied to me and really inconvenienced us. To my dismay, I got the response ""I could call the cops but he wasn't going to waive the fee"" He said we have people that have been waiting since March and that I wasn't next in line or even close to next. I went on to say that the correct thing to do would have been to tell me when they initially diagnosed the pwc's that it was going to take months for me to get them back. NOT to mention, that they will hold your boat or pwc with a diagnostic ransom! It's no wonder I learned later that they lost their privilege to sell new boats, lost a court case today and have mechanics quiting!! All I can say is these people are SHADY and don't care about their customers! Save yourself the frustration and find a mechanic elsewhere!! I agree with the other poster...The owner should be ASHAMED!! The best line out of his mouth was that ""I don't care if you are satisfied....you will pay the 90 dollars and my business will be here longer than you and your waverunners!!!!"" WOWOWOW more

Poor customer service! not good people to deal with! 3/31/2011

I took my ski boat to them to get it winterized and get some gas shocks for the engine compartment lift deck, they winterized my boat ok, no problem there but I paid for an install on the gas shocks and it took three weeks for them to come in no problem there I told them I would install them since it would take so long. So I picked the boat up and three weeks later picked up the shocks well I waited untill I got my boat ready for spring to put the shocks on and noticed they orderd the wrong wheight shocks, they will not hold the whieght of the deck. I figured since they orderd the wrong part they would make it right, I was wrong they got rude with me and told me I was stuck with the wrong product because it had been more than thirty days. I can understand that if I told them to order that part but they had the original part and order the wrong part so I feel that they should have to make it right! If I orderd someone the wrong part I would eat my mistake and get my customer what he needs! I will never use this busness again! I do not recomend B&B Watercraft to anyone And If you do decide to use the anyways make sure you have what you need as soon as you get home!!!! And for the guy that said they were so great and everyone who writes a bad review wants something for nothing, I had no problem paying them what they wanted, it was $120.00 for labor and $87.89 for parts, $3.60 shop supplies, $1.95 Ins, and $6.15 tax it came to $219.59 the shocks cost $58.00 they should have made it right!!! (I had to come back to add this, I just got my boat back from Central GA Marina in Macon and that is a place worth going to!! you get what you pay for and they get it to you fast and with a smile! its worth the drive if you need some work done! Im very satisfied with Central GA!!!! B&B will never get another dollar of my money and I really hope word travels and no one goes to B&B Watercraft... horiable experince!!!) more

Best dealer around! 7/14/2010

Good service! The 2 other people evidently do not understand that: 1) 7 weeks when bringing your jetski in for service (note the date, summer!) is not really that long seeming every other person who owns a boat and does not understand the term ""winterizing"" brings their boat in at the same time with bad gas, clogged carbs and other ills. Do not blame the shop for your lack of preventive maintenance. 2) Dude! They fixed your boat! And for under $125! All boat repair shops charge around $90-$100 an hour and your price sounds to me that they fixed it rather quickly. Were you expecting them to do it for nothing? I have used these guys ever since I moved here in '96 and have always been happy with the service. Pros: Great service more

Best service I have ever had!!!!!!!!! 2/21/2009

I have used these guys for years, they are the best people to deal with bar none. I see two people have had a bad experince, my thought is and it sounds like they wanted something for nothing, I have been around boats for years and every time they have done work for me it has been great, so you two may want to get out of boating and start playing golf or matbe just stay at home with your wife if you have one. Pros: best dealer I have seen more

Avoid at all costs 8/10/2008

I feel very dissatisfied by the work done. I took my jetski in and 7 WEEKS later, it came back with the same problems. I talked to the store owner and he went completely off on me when I told him I thought 7 weeks was ridiculous. All I have to say is that they rip you off, have slow service, and poor customer service. the owner should be ashamed at the way he handles people. Cons: Slow, poor customer service, rip off more

Rip Off 4/25/2008

I carried my boat there for a minor problem, told them to diagnose the problem, and call me and let me know what the solution would cost. They informed me the cost to diagnose the problem would be $30.00. They called me 2 days later and informed me that the boat was fixed and I never received a call. I guess they figured that it would be more profitable to fix the problem prior to calling me. They informed me the cost would be $123.25 because they had to replace a complete wire due to it being cut in half by the tilt and trim motor. I expressed my frustration to no avail. I picked my boat up and paid their bogus charge, but guarantee that it will not happen again to me. Please be aware of these crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Find another shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: Rip Off, Poor Business more
