Good: They seemed knowledgeable at the time.. Bad: They have the worst customer service, zero communication skills and put FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.. Improvements: Them to close there doors.. Other: I hired B & B (huge mistake) to completely redo my pool. I paid about $4000 for a liner and about another $3000 for filters and pumps. The liner got creases and fell off and one of the pumps died after 2 months. They charged my credit card for almost $1000 without telling me to fix the liner which I thought was warrantied. No one there knows what is going on. I had the worst experience with them and advise anyone looking for a pool company to look somewhere else!.
