I Purchased something at this shop for my wifes birthday. I was a little lost in what to buy as it was my first time shopping for lingere. I'm sure some of you might know what I mean. I was a littIe nervous at first but the owner made me feel very comfortable and at ease helping me select the things my wife might like. She was not pushy at all and worked with my budget. She informed me well with all the stores policies in regards to exhanging intimate apparel. I was made aware that some lingerie can not be returned for many hygenic reasons due to health laws even if the tags are still attached. This was a great overall experience for me and better yet my wife loved her gift. With the information I gave about my wife. We found the right gift for her. I highly recommend this shop. The customer service was great as well as the overall experience.
