I agree with "Mrs. L". I have been a business owner myself for 35 years and I know first hand how challenging running a QUALITY small business is. From what I can see, this company is ran with the utmost professionalism and integrity. My husband and I retired here 12 years ago and started using the owner for service at our home and two rentals that we own. He and his subsequent employees are honest, effective, and fast. We have NEVER had to worry that we were not being given the most honest and quality service possible. They are 2nd to none in my opinion! more

The Best Service! 12/18/2010

I don't see how anyone could rate Aviv with less than 5 stars. I have been using them since I bought a condo in Charleston in 1999. They are ALWAYS responsive, professional, and practice a very top-notch way of treating their customers. I have had terrible experiences with customer service in Charleston when it comes to any kind of home service but this has never been the case with Aviv. I am delighted to see how much they have grown since they started. Great company! more

Watch Out 5/28/2008

Advertises Same Day Service & Price Quoted Before Every Job. Doesn't mention $60 service charge. Scheduler told me she was not allowed to tell customer. The serviceman is to call right before he arrives at the house & tell you then. (after waiting 5 hours past the appointment time, I said to come on). Owner said it was his policy, period. This is a deliberate action to deceive the consumer. BEWARE. more
