I don't see how anyone could rate Aviv with less than 5 stars. I have been using them since I bought a condo in Charleston in 1999. They are ALWAYS responsive, professional, and practice a very top-notch way of treating their customers. I have had terrible experiences with customer service in Charleston when it comes to any kind of home service but this has never been the case with Aviv. I am delighted to see how much they have grown since they started. Great company!
