Avery Greene Honda

The sales people are friendly until the sale is done then they don t respond. They sold me a 2012 van with a huge dent on the roof that was not devulged along with what looks like hail damage. they take zero responsibility because they don t look at the roof of the car . And after the sale they were super rude and arrogant and asked me to leave the premises when i got mad and demanded the floor manager, Casey Lott, get out of his seat and look at the van. i spent all day calling and emailing every sales person i had come in contact with and was ignored. When the general manager, AK Qadir, heard me raising a stink in the front of the dealership, suddenly a voicemail from him appeared on my phone magically and he said i was not going to get anything from him and to leave. Shady dealership, don t deal with them, i can t believe Honda lets them keep their name. wow... more

i never get the vehicle back in one day even after a 7 am drop off,,have spent lot of money on service,,they never have parts needed......for the $$ i would hope to get a bit better service or at last be informed that it might be a longer process...in the past they would wash it if they kept it overnite..not lately Pros: null Cons: null more

I have nothing but positive things to say. My salesmen, Jeff , was honest, helpful, and diligent. He showed me exactly what I asked to see in the models I wanted, at the prices I wanted, and didn't pressure me. He even went out of his way to drive by my wifes work on the test drive. more

Excellent Serivce! They did a great job delivering a car for me , my ex husband who lives in Vallejo purchased a brand new Accord from a nearby dealership, he wanted to make sure our kids had a safe car to travel in. The salesman who delivered the car was right on time even with the rush hour traffic, the car was in excellent condition and the gas tank was filled :) I noticed the check engine light came on so I took it over to their service department, they were all also really nice and must have done something cause it hasn't come on since! definitely five star service! more

Greg and the rest of the staff at Avery Green was extremely helpful during the recent purchase of my new Accord. We went to two HOnda dealers prior to showing up at Avery. I also got an excellent trade in offer on my car. I have been doing business with Green Honda for several years and have found their sales and service staff to be very friendly and efficient. It is also a great location and not too far from my house in Vallejo, not to mention they have a great inventory of new and used cars to pick from, I almost bought a used Accord, but I never had a brand new car and I am glad that this is it! more

My wife has been wanting a new car for a while now, too bad I missed the ?cash for clunkers? last year but my in ? laws told me about Avery Green Honda and said the salesman there were pretty fair. That was an understatement when I went in, I wanted to get my wife a decent car that was in my price range, so I was pretty worried, but thanks to Jim I was able tog et a new Accord and finance was more flexible than I?ve ever experienced with my own credit union. My wife is very happy with her new vehicle and so am I. I would recommend Avery to anyone who?s looking for a good deal more

Brian the Service adviser was very helpful and understanding of the issue with my satellite radio problems. And the girl that was at the counter found the proper service person to handle the job and it was resolved quickly and correctly. Very happy with the service provided all round. more

Bought my used Honda there. They fixed all the small things I had complaints about on the car, right away and free of charge. I've had some trouble with timing with their service department, but they were very generous with driving me places, picking me up and giving me a loaner car. Their service department can do anything, very well-equiped, and the people are really nice. They have a good waiting area, clean, with restrooms and free coffee and doughnuts in the morning. They helped me with financing, and I never felt terribly pressured during the buying of my car. They gave a decent trade in value on my old car. Check Avery Greene, it's worth the drive! more

I use Avery Greene Motors for their service department, generally getting oil changes there. I have never been to such a busy dealership...and that is not a good thing. You have to call about a week in advance to get a weekend appointment. Don't even think of showing up the day you want the service without an appointment! The price is fine and the donuts are free. But if you have another auto repair option, you are probably better off. more
