The sales people are friendly until the sale is done then they don t respond. They sold me a 2012 van with a huge dent on the roof that was not devulged along with what looks like hail damage. they take zero responsibility because they don t look at the roof of the car . And after the sale they were super rude and arrogant and asked me to leave the premises when i got mad and demanded the floor manager, Casey Lott, get out of his seat and look at the van. i spent all day calling and emailing every sales person i had come in contact with and was ignored. When the general manager, AK Qadir, heard me raising a stink in the front of the dealership, suddenly a voicemail from him appeared on my phone magically and he said i was not going to get anything from him and to leave. Shady dealership, don t deal with them, i can t believe Honda lets them keep their name. wow... more
