Bamboo manicure & pedicure. Best mani/pedi I've ever had 3/6/2011

From the point I arrived to the point I left the spa, I can't think of a thing I would change. Reception was pleasant and welcoming - nice relief after very stressful day at work. Ambiance of spa was such a relief - between scent, soft music, calming decor. Once I was in Crystal's hands, it was pure perfection. Friendly but not too chatty. Loved her! I used to go to a local nail salon and thought that was just fine. Had no idea the difference a high end spa could make to the experience. I'm sold for life more

Best Ever! 3/4/2011

I have been a customer of AdvantGard for several years on and off...due to cost of the services. I have never had a bad experience either with having a pedicure or massage. This past week I was able to get an appointment with "Tile" who I have seen several times over the last year or more for massage therapy. This was the best ever 80 minutes I have spent and worth every penny! Before I left the parking lot I got on my iphone/facebook to tell all my friends about my evening...that's how great I felt after the session. So what can I tell you...IT WAS THE BEST EVER! Thank you Tile and I'll see you soon! more

Custom Facial 3/1/2011

I had a customized facial by Michelle on Monday, February 28. I had not had one in three years. Michelle was gentle and very informative. My skin felt plump and soft at the completion of the session. She recommended a night moisturizer for my dry skin., which I did purchase. I need to make sure that I do not wait another three years for Michelle to perform magic. I highly recommend Michele. Great experience. more

I had a wonderful experience at the brow bar-I had my eyebrow and eyelashes tinted and had no stinging whatsoever. A very pleasant, professional atmosphere. I will definitely be back! more

Great Pregnancy Massage! 3/1/2011

I had had a pregnancy massage before elsewhere which made me hesitant to try another one. However, I'm SO glad I did. Laetitia was wonderful and I was SO comfortable. She was excellent at adjusting all the pillows and supports to keep me feeling relaxed and in a natural position to be able to fully enjoy the massage. I wish I could go every month! more

LOVE the nail spa! 3/1/2011

If you want to splurge on a manicure or pedicure, Avant Gard definitely makes it worth it. I've had Crystal a couple of times for the spa mani/pedi, and she is great as is the overall experience. While you do pay more, it's worth it in the relaxation you feel when you leave, and the quality of the work....my nail polish lasts almost a full week and my pedicures 5-6 weeks...definitely rare!! more

I have been visiting Avant Gard Spa for over two and a half years now. My experiences have always been positive. The staff is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The spa is a beautiful space - well appointed and very relaxing. I will continue to frequent Avant Gard Spa and urge others to try the spa for themselves. more

i go here to get my eye brows done with Jessica and she is excellent, she has also done my make up. I have also gotten a facial with Lorena and a massage with Cece, everytime i come i leave extremely happy. more

Mom and daughter day at the spa 2/26/2011

I was taking my daughter to AvantGard for her birthday and the day I requested there was only one person avaliable to give a massage. Since she had to get home for her children the spa was very accomodating and called in another massuse to make sure we got done at the same time. We also had eyebrows and lip services. I wanted to take her to AvantGard because of the beautiful ambiance, the calming feel and the all over relaxing atmosphere. We liked it so much we decided that we need to do this every two months. A perfect mother daughter day. What could be better! more

I have had some wonderful Spa treatments, Grove Park Inn in North Carolina, Scotsdale Arizona Hyatt Gainey Ranch, Canyon Ranch at the Venetian La Vegas, The Inn At Spanish Bay and I can tell you my best and most relaxing massage is right in my own backyard in San Carlos at AvantGard.
