From the point I arrived to the point I left the spa, I can't think of a thing I would change. Reception was pleasant and welcoming - nice relief after very stressful day at work. Ambiance of spa was such a relief - between scent, soft music, calming decor. Once I was in Crystal's hands, it was pure perfection. Friendly but not too chatty. Loved her! I used to go to a local nail salon and thought that was just fine. Had no idea the difference a high end spa could make to the experience. I'm sold for life
