I had researched - emailed - and spoke with dealerships all over Dallas only to have the best deal made right here at home. I love my car so much and couple months later I took my mom to buy herself one. She had been driving a 1989 Crown Vic for the past 15 years. She loves her new ride!!!!! more

We always get excellent service any time we go to the dealership. We purchased our new car from Tim and he is one of the nicest people I've met. Everyone we met was most helpful and the President General Manager Mike came to meet us and thank us for our purchase. more

Extremely satisfied 5/15/2012

We were extremely satisfied with everyone we dealt with at Allen Samuels in Tyler. They made us feel very comfortable and appreciated, and gave us a fair price right from the start, and therefore we did not feel the need to negotiate the price. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends, and so far we are very happy with our Hyundai Elantra. more
