I found the entire experience great!! Had a perfectly wonderful salesperson...Tim...professional, pleasant, friendly and I was completely at ease. He did not pressure me (which I loved), however, explained in depth the advantages, etc....seemed very honest. Financial guy was also very friendly and efficient more

James is alway very attentive. He knows who I am when I walk in the door...I never have to give him my name. He is friendly and works with me to meet the needs of my car. If I come in and he is with another customer, I wait until he is finished. I like having the same person each time that knows me and my car. more

I had the pleasure of working with the sales staff of Allen Samuels over the weekend. They guys over there were very helpful in the Hyundai building, and assisted myself and my fiancee in getting more information on the Santa Fe. They have a real class organization over there, even the guys and girls in service when they helped us get a new inspection sticker. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else in Texas as long as we have the staff at Allen Samuels, they really are our friends in the car business. more

Though a smaller dealership (after all we are in Tyler, Texas not Dallas, Texas), I found these individuals and the dealership as a whole very low pressure, willing to answer any and all questions, helpful, and friendly. I would buy another vehicle at Allen Samuels and am recommending them to friends. more

The salesperson, James was very helpful and courteous. I hadn't planned on delivery the same day, but he was very helpful in getting it delivered. I was able to test drive it while I made the errands that I had planned for my trip to Tyler. After driving it, I liked it and made the purchase. It was a good car buying experience. more

Awesome Sales team & finance department. Specialize in people who have needed to file bankruptcy. Kimberly Damm and Lee Pridemore are a great sales team and Scott Lansford in sales makes it a very painless process - They work with what you can afford. Have always used Ford in the past but I will MOST DEFINATELY come back to Allen Samuels. more
