The service is done quickly and completely. I'm in for an oil change and they check everything else on my car. I'm in near 7:30 and out by 8. Great service and personnel. more

AA was able to fix an issue on my OLD Trooper no one else could find or fix. Fixed a variety of other issues that were affecting engine performance. Funny though, the "Check Engine" light is back on again? Thought I was going to finally get rid of that. But my Trooper runs better now than it has in years. Thanks you guys! more

The staff is great and the work that they do is outstanding. Kim is willing to go the extra mile to explain what is needed and doesn't try to do a fast sale or talk in mechanical terms. I will always recommend Automotive Alternative to anyone that asks if I know of a good, fair place to take their vehicle for service. more

One of the best automotive mechanic shops in the area 11/17/2015

As a USN Vet, I'm always inclined to feel better when I get serviced by fellow veterans. Sure, we here the horror stories about mechanic shops misleading and boasting their analysis in order to get customers to give in about getting more work done than needed, but this place so far has ALWAYS been straight forward about what work needs to be done on my vehicle. Inclusive, they will quote me the price that would take for the work needed on the car but only charge me what REALLY was done. And the service they provide is COMPLETE. A diagnostic on my vehicle includes not just giving me some code and telling me what 'might' be the problem, it's thorough and complete. And gives me the suggested service and they give me the option of what can be done onsite or refer me to an equal quality shop. It's by far, one of the few places I'd trust to take my vehicle and know I'm getting the best service and for the price. more

I've been using Automotive Alternative for 15 years. You seldom find a repair shop with the same people working there for that long, and that still remember you! They do great work and are trustworthy. Twice now they have fixed work that has been done wrong when my car was in the shop after wrecks. I recommend them to everyone. more

New Jeep, New Problems 10/20/2015

I just want to say Mike and the team did a great job in helping me out. I just bought a new CJ and upon delivery, it wouldn't start. So I called up and Mike and he said they could look at it right away. After a about an hour of fixing the starting problem and giving it the once over, my CJ was running. Even better is that I knew what still needed to be done to it to get it into better shape. And all at a great price! I will be bringing both of my Jeeps in whenever I need a hand. more

As always, the turnaround on the completed repair was rapid for the services rendered. And the price was very fair for the work that was done.
