These guys are 1 in a million! 5/5/2016

Took my Honda to the Honda dealership because the A/C stopped blowing cold air. It was going to be $2400 to fix. Our extended warranty was only going to cover $675, for the compressor. I talked to Mike, and he ran the numbers on his end. Needless to say, it was going to be a lot less at Automotive Alterative. I drove the car over to them, and paid $691 over the $675 that the warranty covered. The A/C works great! Highly recommend This place! Mike and Kim are great guys who really care about their customers. Thanks fellas! more

Semi pleased with service 4/30/2016

I am pleased with part of the work, but the technician forgot to reset the computer. This means that I need to bring my truck back in to Automotive Alternatives and get this taken care of. The other issue that I have is the vehicle is a 2007 and not a 2010 but my wife and I both have a Tundra so this is easily overlooked. more

Creative Solution Saved Hundreds$$$ 3/2/2016

Part of my water pump housing had rusted out. Instead of replacing a large difficult to access piece of the engine, they tapped the hole and threaded a plug to seal it off. They could have been greedy and sucked more money out of the situation, but Kim and Mike are top-notch professionals with an honesty that is rare in the business. If I can't fix it, I bring everything I need to them. No, this isn't the first time I've been there... I've been bringing my business to them since I came to town 9 years ago. They have a proven track record with me. Thanks, guys! more

Automotive Alternative is the BEST!!!!! 2/3/2016

I've been taking my vehicle to Mike and crew at AA for around 4 years and never went back twice for the same issue. My truck is paid for and AA keeps me going! Always a fair price and great work!! It's a great feeling to have a mechanic you can trust. Forget those repair warranties go to Automotive Alternative! more
