The staff is great and the work that they do is outstanding. Kim is willing to go the extra mile to explain what is needed and doesn't try to do a fast sale or talk in mechanical terms. I will always recommend Automotive Alternative to anyone that asks if I know of a good, fair place to take their vehicle for service.
