Great results on my Volvo. It is an older series car but we love it. Tom scheduled us for a full detail and we also had them do paint touch up work as well as a small bit of leath...

Worst

Interior detail was fine. Exterior was very lacking and the owner wasn't all that interested in making it right.

What a terrific experience!\r \r I have never had my car professionally detailed before, and was very apprehensive about the price. My wife talked me into it, and I am thoroughly delighted with the experience. I have a 12+ year old car, and it looks better now, then when I bought it. Thank you Tom!! more

I bought a used 99 subaru in fair condition. The interior looked awful - mostly dirt and stains. But I needed a AWD vehicle immediately for my wife to get to work safely in the Oregon winter. I didn't recognize it when I picked it up. It looked so much better inside and out. They really did as much as could be done. I was really surprised to see that they made the engine also look like new. Shortly after driving out of the shop, I had car trouble. I thought at the time that it might have been something they had done to it. Tom the owner did everything he could to take car of it and help me get to a mechanic. When I took it to my mechanic, I found it was not anything Autobella did to my car - I am sure of that. But I was really happy with the way Tom was concerned about it. Thank You Tom and Autobella - Five Stars For You Guys!!!!! I'll Be Back! more

I bought a Groupon for a big discount on Autobella's regular detail price. Regular price was around $325. I scheduled the appoint a couple of months in advance due to their busy schedule. I am very pleased with their work as the Sienna looked almost brand new when I picked it up. Grungy carpet looked as if it were in showroom condition and all the usual places that debris, algae and plant matter hide in the cracks and cranny?s of the car's body were spotless. Next time I need a detail, I won't mind paying full price because Autobella's service is well worth the cost. more

Great results on my Volvo. It is an older series car but we love it. Tom scheduled us for a full detail and we also had them do paint touch up work as well as a small bit of leather dying. This brought the car back to a surprisingly good condition. All said, top notch service and quality delivery for us. more

We came to Autobella with what we 5/16/2012

We came to Autobella with what we thought was a simple water leak but turned out to be a bogus windshield install from another windshield company in Portland. The owner Tom performed a leak test in front of us to show us how it works, surprisingly simple process. He found that the entire right side of the windshield was not sealing so he repaired the problem. After that was done we had also noticed the footwells were soaking in water. We had them remove the old wool from under the carpet & replace with fresh nylon pad, then detail & ozone the interior. It took two days but was worth it. The interior of our car looks and smells new again and no more leaky windshield. Very qualified people here ! more

We had some major mold in our car from 2/1/2012

We had some major mold in our car from sitting so long and then the snow came and made it worse. The water was pooling in the foot wells of the car as we drove in. They found the leak below the windshield and repaired it. They saved the carpet and replaced the wool pad underneath and it worked out really well for us. Totally happy with the results and it was done in 24 hours. more

Great work! Took a while to get in (since I had bought a coupon, and I have a tight schedule), but I'll definitely be back. I have an old beat up Subaru, and they made it look like new! They even took out a bunch of dents which I was not expecting, they got all the coffee stains out of the carpet, and all the dirt/dog hair out of the nooks and crannies. And the exterior looks phenomenal, nicely cleaned and waxed. As the previous reviewer said, just beautiful! Thanks, Autobella! more

Are you kidding? How is Autobella getting these good reviews? I purchased two Groupons for an exterior detail service. I purchase one for our Tahoe and the other for my 135i. After I saw the work they did on the Tahoe, I cancelled the appointment for my 135i took the Tahoe to Jon at Uptown Detail to fix all the issues. It was a mess! Here is the refund request i sent to Groupon detailing the issues with the detail: ""I purchased two of these Groupons for Autobella. One was for our SUV and the other for our car. I took the SUV to them for the first of the two details and was scheduled to bring the car to them the next day. After i picked up the SUV, I was appalled at the work that was done. I immediately cancelled the appointment for the detail on my car the next day and took the SUV to the detail shop i normally use and had a full detail re-done to fix the issues that Autobella caused on the SUV. Most notable was where the polisher's pad ""backing"" burned through the clear coat on the rear bumper. Other than that, there were many missed spots in areas such as door jams, trim pieces, etc. There was also over spray from some sort of spray-shine substance all over the car and windows. I also paid separately for an interior detail and it didn't look like they did anything except for spray an Armorall-like substance all over the interior. They didn't bother to wipe it down afterwards in many of the areas. There were pools of it in the center console and some of the seats still had a thick film of it on them. I am requesting a refund for both details services purchased from Autobella through Groupon."" more

Tom does top notch work and provides exceptional customer service. Over the years I have brought several of my sports cars into his shop for detail work and aesthetic repair requests. I have always been very pleased. A+ in my book! more

Good Service & Selection 11/30/2011

I had my car detailed for preparation to sell and they did great work. Was able to drop the key before they opened their drop. I also utilized their car for sale listing service. This service works very well as they had a buyer for me in 48 hours. Great quality & service..keep it up. more

Not Customer Friendly! 11/28/2011

Autobella is running numerous Living Social and Groupon ads right now. What they don't tell you is you will have trouble redeeming them. They stopped taking bookings for my voucher (expiring 12/15/11) on November 21st, and stated they had it showing on the website for weeks. If I wasn't trying to book it, how would I see that? It should be in the fine print of the deal. Many businesses accept bookings made BY they expiration date. This place cuts you off four weeks early and says Living Social is in support of it. I will take my business to a more customer friendly business. more

This is not a legitimate business. 9/19/2011

I took my car into Autobella for the third time because I needed my car window fixed that was never properly installed. I dropped my car off at 10:30am and later called to find out the best time for pick up. He said it would be done by 5:00pm. I walked up to the place and Tom was not around, I looked for someone who knew where my keys would be but when I saw my car I noticed the window had not been fixed. An employee was frustrated because he could not get a hold of Tom to find out what had happened. When we did finally get a hold of him the phone ""cut out"" on me when I was telling him my frustrations and he never called me back. I drove away with a broken window and permanently damaged door from the first time they guy tried to fix it. He never reached out to ask how to make this experience better. I had to drive to the shop to personally deliver the new invoice I got from Speedy Glass who fixed my window in 15 minutes and tried to ask for some sort of reimbursement. He did not attempt to care for the trouble I had gone through. As much as I would like to get compensated for the six trips I have made to Autobella, the several phone calls, emails, and the $300+ it has cost to pay for and then fix my window, It's not worth dealing with someone so disrespectful. I hope to save you time, energy, money and frustration by telling you not to take your vehicle to Autobella. I did receive wonderful costumer service at Speedy Glass! more

Treated like family 9/18/2011

I was referred to Autobella by a friend in Seattle who spoke very highly about them. We had our Subaru outback detailed with a pre sale detail. I was embarrassed as there was lots of dog hair. They removed almost all the hair - very surprised. We also had them list our car for sale with their listing service which sold the car in two days. Well done. more

Very Busy But Worth The Wait 9/3/2011

I had received a Living Social deal as a gift from a relative, It took awhile to get in but it was worth it. They did a great job on the detail. I have had only one other detail in another state and it was decent but this seemed so much more in-depth. I will be looking forward to the next deal they offer as it was such a nice gift. more

I had my car detailed here twice now and had a really nice experience both times. The owner Tom is very accommodating and friendly to work with. The job was completed earlier than expected and I really liked the service. Its a pleasure to visit an automotive business when things go smooth. more

Cat Pee Special... 8/16/2011

I brought my car into Autobella because my cat peed in her cardboard crate when I was taking her to the vet. The smell was intense to say the least. It was explained that they would remove the material from the foam and use an ""enzyme"" on the foam to kill the bacteria and odor. They also detailed the full interior with an ozone treatment and it worked. Note: Always use a plastic crate to transport your cat in your car ! more
