I had my car detailed for preparation to sell and they did great work. Was able to drop the key before they opened their drop. I also utilized their car for sale listing service. ...

Worst

Interior detail was fine. Exterior was very lacking and the owner wasn't all that interested in making it right.

We Like This Place 2/25/2009

We had visited Autobella earlier in February and were very pleased with their work. Our car had mold buildup from the snow and wet weather on the interior. When we called, the owner Tom clearly explained how there are various ways to remediate the problem. He explained that they use cultured cold enzymes and Ozone treatment to repair this issue. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready at 3:30 as he said it would be. Wow...this was a new car and there was no evidence of mold and the smell in the car was neutral. I also had them polish and wax the exterior of the car and that was very impressive to say the least. We will be returning as we are from Seattle and frequent Portland often. more

Nice folks, came right out to see me, made lots of jokes and small talk. Good selection and prices seemed reasonable although I didn't end up buying from them. more

REALLY GOOD WORK ON A ROUGH MERCEDES 9/20/2008

This company brought my older Mercedes SLK230 back to life as the red paint had turned pink, the polish job was amazing. They also dyed a significant amount of the vinyl & leather interior parts which made them look as if they had never been used. Autobella does great restorative work. I brought my car into Autobella a couple of days ago and they performed a fantastic detail job on my beetle. I scheduled a month in advance and the timing worked out great, they had the car done in 6 hours and it was fabulous. Thannks Autobella, I will be seeing you again next year. Great detailing service 9/10/2008

I have a black 2005 Infiniti G35 that had not been waxed for over a year and had just been on an 1800 mile road trip. It needed help. I set up an appointment for a complete detailing. They scheduled me for the next day and did a great job. The exterior detailing in particular was excellent. It looks like a new car. The paint gloss and color really come through. The interior carpet cleaning was outstanding as well. $275 is spendier than other detail shop quotes I got, but the quality is worth the extra money. The citysearch $25 off coupon helps too. Will be back again in six months. Thanks! Pros: High quality, attention to detail, makes a black car really shine Cons: Expensive, would be helpful if weekday hours were extended or if they were open Saturday to accomodate work schedules. more

Superb Experience 8/7/2008

This company delved out the best service we have ever seen in the auto industry. They detailed the car, refinished the bumper and met us for lunch at Milo's to deliver the car. Aside of one of the best local restaurants we have come across yet, the cleaning and detailing service through Autobella is obviously boundless and they go the distance for clients. Autobella proved again by my account that they are the best at what they do. Tom's knowledge is by far the broadest in the business. When they say 25 years experience, it seriously shows. We had used several other local shops in the past but we were not satisfied as the operations did not seem well established and seemed to lack general order and professionalism. We have used Autobella several times over the last few years for our cars and have been very satisfied with each & every visit. Thanks Tom, we will continue to use Autobella and recommend you. Great job lad's 6/20/2008

I moved from Belfast to the US six months ago, we looked for a shop that would detail our Cooper. Autobella came highly recommended. The detail was quite thorough and in comparison to the UK was above standards. I used an Autobella in France and was also happy with their services. more
