Best service, best people, best skill 11/29/2014

Having never been in an auto accident, we had unclear expectations about the process of repair and dealing with our insurance company. Autosport did everything possible to ensure that we understood the process, provided clarity on expectations for repair, and dealt with our insurance company every step of the way. The repairs were beautifully done and we are so thankful to have brought our car to Autosport. Thank you, Diane, for fielding our many phone calls and questions, and Pat for helping us in so many ways with such quality work and a professional, skilled demeanor every time we interacted. Couldn't be happier! 11/10/2014

I have never experienced this degree of satisfaction from a body shop before. And I have take cars to more than a few. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was surprised that the car was ready ahead of schedule. When I picked up the car; it was clean and the workmanship was superb. I contacted this shop and waited for their schedule to fit me in based on the reviews. I am glad I did. I strongly recommend AutoSport and will return the next time I need their services. more

Diane was awesome with helping me with the rental car, and cheerfully answered all my questions. The work, while it took a bit longer due to some unforeseen issues, was perfect and I am very glad I found them. Highly recommend. more

Excellent Results; Discouraging Process 8/25/2014

My Nissan Leaf was brought in to Autosport on the recommendation of the dealership in which the car was purchased after I was involved in a rear-end collision. While I understand that the length of time required for service (5 weeks+) was out of their control; what was within their control, however, was their ability to communicate what was going on. I felt as though I was hounding them for information (timetable, explanation of the hold-up, etc.). I finally received a call when the car was ready, but nothing in between. In the end, the Leaf looks as good as new, which is wonderful considering I had only had the car for three months when it was hit. more

Autosport was busy, so it took a while to get an appointment, and the repair work took longer than expected, but the wait was worth it. The car is like new, and that is what matters the most. more
