I was recently in my very first car accident, and was devastated when my new car (I had just had it for 3 weeks!) was t-boned. The damage was pretty extensive, and I truly had no idea where to turn. I was referred to AutoSport by my mechanic, and I cannot thank him enough! From the first phone call they were more than helpful, arranging for a tow truck to get my car and a rental car for me immediately. They were incredibly helpful when dealing with the insurance company, even offering to call them whenever I had any questions or concerns. The work was done ahead of schedule, and was flawless! I was amazed at how well everything turned out; you can't even tell I was ever in an accident. When I picked up my car, I was informed that the insurance company never sent them a check. Instead of telling me it was my responsibility, Pat immediately called them and told me not to worry about it, that he would take care of everything. I had a couple of small issues after picking up my car (my sunroof wasn't programmed correctly), and when I called to tell them about it, Diane's first words were "When can you bring your car back so we can make this right?" I have heard many horror stories of bad body repairs and difficult staff, and I am beyond grateful that my experience was nothing but fantastic! I would recommend AutoSport a thousand times over to anyone! They truly made this experience better than I could ever have hoped. Thank you AutoSport! more

OK, this is the deal. I love Pat and Diane. I have had quite a history with this great family owned company. My first experience was hail damage to my Volvo XC90. They did a beautiful job. Second experience was with my Volvo. I rear ended someone. There was lots of damage. They did an amazing job. Third experience Jeep Cherokee. I backed into a tree. Again, never a problem and another beautiful job. I trust Pat to do the best job and he always delivers. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Honest, trustworthy and professional staff. I keep joking they should make a punch card for me. more
