My Nissan Leaf was brought in to Autosport on the recommendation of the dealership in which the car was purchased after I was involved in a rear-end collision. While I understand that the length of time required for service (5 weeks+) was out of their control; what was within their control, however, was their ability to communicate what was going on. I felt as though I was hounding them for information (timetable, explanation of the hold-up, etc.). I finally received a call when the car was ready, but nothing in between.
In the end, the Leaf looks as good as new, which is wonderful considering I had only had the car for three months when it was hit.
