Great service, attention to detail, friendly and professional attitude in handleing the entire process.

Worst

I was never quoted the price for the alignment and was surporsed to see that the quoted price on the phone changed at the time I picked up my car had escalated by $100.00.

Buyer beware 10/21/2011

They quoted me a price for a new car, got me to plunk down a check to find the right color, and then jacked the price $40 a month as I came in to buy. Bait and switch lives at O'Hare Hyundai!! more

GM at a Hyundai dealership 5/11/2011

Working out an issue with my dealership. So far I'm satisfied with the response and promises made by the GM Mr. Steve FORESTA. Great place to buy a car! 11/22/2009

I had a great experience buying my second Hyundai here. I felt like I was getting a fair shake as well as great customer care. Pros: Very nice and no nonsense staff. Aggressive pricing. Cons: It is far from downtown Chicago. more

Great Place to buy a car 10/13/2009

I was very happy with my purchase Tony is a very great sales man helped me out with buying my first Hyundai. I enjoy it very much. This car dealership helped me out trying to find the best possible car and not push to make a tough desision. I went to Patrick Hyundai I had a sales associate that was more interested in making a sale then helping me find a car that I liked. When I went to this dealership I was very happy I got to test drive many different models of cars. Tony was very knowledgable and helped me find any ways to save a buck. This was when the Cash for cluckers was going on and he asked do you have a car to trade in lets see if it applies for the rebate. All in all I had an excellent experince and hope you will to. Pros: Very freindy Sales people Cons: No real draw backs more
