I was never quoted the price for the alignment and was surporsed to see that the quoted price on the phone changed at the time I picked up my car had escalated by $100.00.

The Service Managers explains what is wrong and put in my terms that I understand. They also advise if it should be place now or down the road and the time frame. more

The reason I go back to this dealership is the service I get from the service department, especially Joe Napolitano. He explains everything in detail, does not push unnecessary repairs and gives advise on maintanance. more

The owners and their staff and Bob in service as well as other service staff 4/25/2014

The owners and the Steve VP manager and Bob in service and the service staff are always there for the customer and go that extra mile for customers and really repair my vehicle first time without any need to return for same repair - you do not find this today - I am a customer and not a relative or related to anyone. more
