I was never quoted the price for the alignment and was surporsed to see that the quoted price on the phone changed at the time I picked up my car had escalated by $100.00.

My first Hyundai was purchased at another dealership. I was not pleased with their service department. After an accident I took my car to O'Hare. The difference I service and attitude was so great that I began taking that car to O'Hare for service, and I purchased my next two cars there. more

Fastest oil change/Best Car Wash! 3/19/2014

I went for an oil change to this dealership with an appointment. My car was taken and washed. Then they inspected it, and were done with the oil change in no time. I have the Genesis Track, and was expecting some car abuse, but fortunately to me this did NOT happen! :) Also, the price for a full synthetic oil change was fair. The only problem/misunderstanding is that on the receipt it did not say full synthetic oil, it only said "Mobil 1 Oil"... So I hope it was full synthetic... But overall I am extremely satisfied with the service. Hopefully the oil was full synthetic, haha. more

Friendly Service 3/11/2014

The crew at Auto Nation offer friendly service. It some ways it is your typical dealership, but there are some amenities they offer that make them stand out. I hope they are the Dealer that don't take advantage of the unknown when it comes to repair costs and needs of their clients. I feel they are fair. more

Auto Maintenance 3/4/2014

I never had any trouble with you service department. If they find something wrong that I did not come in for the will let me know that it needs to be done in the near future. I always have them do it right away. Car is there way not. Keep these great people. Truly professionals more
