best service ever. they tow all my cars, greatest company ever. little high on prices but its understandable because of the economy but its worth it with these guys. their bright red trucks always clean. if your a dealership or anything that needs towing call them they are number one. some people may say bad things, but when it comes down to the end. this is the company by far. you may pay alitte more but its worth it when it gets their safe, and looks good on their trucks. so everyone wins. call them it will be worth it more

WOW i have no idea where to start this. first to the fowell mouth trucker dyke behind the counter stfu stop swearing at EVERYONE and come out of the closet ART that guy is the biggest back stabbing ass hat i have ever met, nice to your face then as soon as you walk out the CRAP talking starts flying, he didn't know my sister was in the office after i walked out and he totally bad mouthed me after i had just paid a 400 bill for 2 days of storage from a accident 400 bucks is OK but the fact of it wasn't rolled over and it was a hook n go!! that pissed me off, i drove tow trucks years ago while i was in college to help pay for school, so at least i have an idea how this works. I would totally refuse a tow from them if the police called them out for ANY reason!! DO NOT USE im going to bring in a bar of soap for that ladies mouth I swear and this chick made me blush.... DO NOT USE CROOKS N CONS!!!!! more

If I had my way, this place would be shut down! Do not use this company! I live within a mile from these people. Everything negative you read on here about Auto Medics is true. I'll just say, they will not help you out even on Christmas! Thaey are EVIL people!!! They dont care about you at all, just your money. My business has been in the local area for over 60 yrs and still strong! Caveat Emptor!!!!!! more

Never use this place. I have never delt with no good, dirty thefts like I have here. They try telling you something that they have no business in. I once sold a car to a friends after I got it, so i did not have the title, we went to go get the car since it was in my name and they tried telling me i was comitting a crime by having a car in my name yet she had insurance on it. This place needs to be shut down, they rob people and they dont know what they are doing. more

Was charged $190.xx to get back my vehicle from these thieves (was in thier possession less than 2 days), all because the BLAINE PIGS pulled over the kid for having only ONE of the FOUR tail lights out (not including the WORKING brake light in the window). They also tried to say the license plate lamp wasn't working, but after checking, there are 2 lights, and they were both WORKING! This makes me wonder how much of that $190.xx the BLAINE PIG stuffed in his pockets -CORRUPT PHUCKERS! \r \r I would also like to thank the Anoka County Government for doing a PISS-POOR job when it comes to hiring PIGS, and awarding contracts to companys like Auto Shysters!\r \r Aren't there any watchdogs watching these SCAMMERS, or are they being paid off too? more

This company has a contract with Anoka Co. and seems to think it is a license to rob the public. This must also be the only reason they are able to stay in business because no one in their right mind would use these guys. This company has hard working proffesional workers and that's where it ends. You can get 3 different prices for towing the same vehicle. Who ever is in less than a month. I heard one employee get yelled at over the radio than it switched to the phone. What a joke whoever runs this place is. Drivers are awesome but never will use them again as long as the people running it now continue in this fashion. more

Its sad to see so many people bash such a proffesional, hard working group of people. Those of you who have had negative experiences with them on police tows or parking in fire lanes why don't you tell everyone the exact circumstances involving your tow! I was towed for parking in a fire lane and no I was not happy, but I was wrong! They took care of my car. It was safe and towed correctly and safely. If I have a say in who tows my car regardless of the circumstance it will be them! more

The manager of this company swore at me and threatened to impound my car if I didn't call and cancel the police call I had placed because the tow truck driver would not take a check or credit card to put my car down nor let me go to the bank to get cash. I called the police and was threatened by this company that if I did not call and cancel the police call, my car would be impounded. My vehicle was parked right in front of my house, the car was turned on, the windows were open, and my purse was inside, I stepped inside my home to just grab something and run out, this company put a running vehicle, with windows open, and my purse inside on its tow. I'm pursuing legal action against this company and have reported them to the approrpiate city, county, and state departments, as well as my association which will likely discontinue using their services. I cannot believe that utter lack of customer service this company provides. My car was towed beyond my control to Auto-Medic?s. When I called and ask how much it would cost for me to get the car out I was told $30 for today and after midnight it would be another $30. I asked why I would be charged for another business day when it was not even an option for me to pick my car up ASAP. They responded with ?ma?am your car was towed for a reason.? I was thrown back on the unbelievable nerve this woman possessed. \r The next morning I went to pick up my car fully prepared. I brought everything I needed, proof of ownership, proof of insurance, sixty dollars, and a valid license. I was set to go and then I looked at the bill for $170 + dollars! I looked and the lady behind the counter and repeated to her what she had told me over the phone. She looked at me and said that I asked her how much it would cost to store my car! Why would I ask such a specific questions? I just wanted to know how much is was going to cost me...how hard is it to be honest instead of just blind siding me when I got there over a hundred dollars short!! I just looked at her and said, ?I guess there is no point to arguing with you!? \r I then had to go get more money out of the ATM. Upon my return the witch lady would not service me any longer, probably because she knew I would knock her into next week after I got my car?anyways that is beside the point. Very rude. Asked for some sort of photographic proof of where my vehicle was when they towed it. All they would provide was a hand drawn picture. Gave conflicting reports of when and why they hauled my vehicle in. Definetly not recommended. Cons: very rude. unaccomodating more

With automotive towing and repair businesses located on every corner in the Twin Cities, why would any business owner allow his employees to be so unbelievably rude and negligent? All I can say is anyone patronizing this particular business needs to beware. The pitbull working at the counter may have grey hair but don't let that fool you. She can talk like a long shoreman and doesn't hesitate to let you know she is in charge and if you don't like it, you know what you can do.
