Review content:
The manager of this company swore at me and threatened to impound my car if I didn't call and cancel the police call I had placed because the tow truck driver would not take a check or credit card to put my car down nor let me go to the bank to get cash. I called the police and was threatened by this company that if I did not call and cancel the police call, my car would be impounded. My vehicle was parked right in front of my house, the car was turned on, the windows were open, and my purse was inside, I stepped inside my home to just grab something and run out, this company put a running vehicle, with windows open, and my purse inside on its tow. I'm pursuing legal action against this company and have reported them to the approrpiate city, county, and state departments, as well as my association which will likely discontinue using their services. This is not a respectable company, very unethical and tried to run before the police came.
