My husband and I have bought 2 cars from Richard in the last 4 years. Both Infinitis and both in great condition. The last car we purchased was an Infiniti M37X, fully loaded. We scoped out other dealers to do our due diligence and we found that no one could beat Richard's price for the amount of car they were offering. This dealership is extremely laid back with a very comfortable environment. No haggling, no pressure and easy purchase process. Amber was informative about the vehicle we were interested in and very patient in dealing with all our requests and questions. She was great to work with! What it really boils down to is the fact that I trust the quality of car this dealer offers and the information they provide. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from ALTTX. more

Love the service 4/12/2012

Talked to Richard about the process of finding a car at the auction and we decided on a make and model, but he told me to look around and let them know if there was anything that caught my eye. Found a car in the back and I looked at the car by myself for about 20 minutes, no pressure. Wanted to drive the car, tossed me the keys and off I went. I fell in love with the car and did research on make/model and price. Came back 3 days later to see how the auction went and he did not find anything that we would want so I bought the car he had, still no pressure to buy anything. The staff was excellent, no haggling on price. Richard and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND on what I would have expected a car dealership to do. I will come back when looking to buy my next car. more

I have bought and sold cars for 25 years. Often disappointed. Auto Locators was the BEST! Fine young man ... I wanted to test drive a car and he tossed me the keys and sent me on my way. Owned by a Texas Longhorn, this Aggie says ""Gig 'Em to Auto Locators. First rate service, great inventory ... I'll NEVER buy a car from another dealer. I honestly felt like I had a friend in my corner. Highly recommended!!! more

Best bang for your buck 11/5/2010

My family has bought several cars from them. They are probably the most cost effective in terms of beating carmax or other big box stores. The owner was upfront, fair and nice. I would recommend them for any nice pre-owned car. more

FRANCHISE SERVICE WHOLESALE PRICES 12/20/2009

My son and I had visited 3 ""BIG"" franchise dealership chains and had a not so great experience. From the bait and switch advertising we experienced at one dealership to the ""what is it going to take to earn your business"" from the other we just about gave up. On the way home from Carmax we stopped at Auto Locators of Texas. We were given a price list and allowed to roam around the dealerhip with no pressure. We took three cars for a test drive and made a decision to buy one then. They tinted the windows and we picked it up the the next day. No BS and no games. We also got an extended warrany for quite a bit less then the dealeship up the street. We got a GREAT deal and had no pressure. I wish more dealers would follow their business model! Pros: IMMACULATE CARS AND TRUCKS more

SMOOTH AND EASY MUST CHECK OUT! 10/9/2009

I walked into the dealership at 2:00 and was on the road by 2:30. I received $800 more for my trade than my quote at Carmax. The office was very efficient and they did not play the typical dealer ship games and push unwanted items. I also bought an extended warranty that was $200 less then the Credit Union. Thanks Richard for a smooth car buying process! We will be back when our son graduates this year. Pros: GREAT PRICES SUPER CLEAN CARS Cons: HARD TO FIND more

HONEST PEOPLE AND GREAT PRICES 9/13/2009

After going to 3 franchise dealerships and getting the ""run around"" I went to Auto Locators of Texas to look at several cars. Suprisingly they have a huge inventory (bigger than the big stores) Most of the cars are inside and they all are detailed, serviced and ready to go. I was prapproved with my Credit Union at 5.9%, but they were still able to beat my rate and get me a 100,000 mile warranty. Overall, this was a SMOOTH and STRESS LESS transaction that took about 30 minurtes. I have already told a co worker. Maybe the Super Stores will follow Auto Locators of Texas's selling model with no pressure, great prices and NO monkey business. WE WILL BE BACK!! MUST GO SEE DEALERSHIP!! Pros: NO PRESSURE AND GOOD FINANCE RATES more

False Advertising 6/4/2009

Let me just say first they are up front with their pricing. They don't haggle much. Here's the but, they are not honest about their inventory. I was looking for an 08 Toyota Highlander and went to their dealership after seeing 3 listed for $22,999. I was interested in the gray one with 23,783 miles. If you go to their web site it is still listed as available. Here's the catch. That vehicle has not been their since I visited it over a month and a half ago. And who knows how long it was gone before then. They just tell you 'it just sold the other day.' I was told that when I visited and 2 weeks later when I called. Go ahead and call or visit that is the trained answer. Just a ploy to get you in the shop. They will try to sell you the gold one (the one not selling). And yes the black one with 20,482 miles is not there either, in fact it too 'was just sold the other day'. Pros: Up front with pricing Cons: hard to find more
