I had a repair man from this company come to my home and fix the windshield. While he was there he damaged my dash. I had two very small cracks in my dash and when I came out after the repair man left, the two small cracks met in the middle and cracked to the new windshield and back!!! There was also a piece of my dash broken off. This company does not respond to customers and they emailed me to tell me that they were not going to fix their damages!!! My advice use any other company but this one because they seem to have untrust worthy sales people, repair men, and the owners, manager, and customer service lack profession ethics! I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 5 YEARS THEY REPLACE ALL MY WINDSHIELDS AND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WINDSHIELDS!!!! WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THEY DO GREAT WORK AND HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET, MY INSURANCE COMPANY ALWAYS COVERS THE WHOLE BILL!!!!! This was the worst dealings I have ever had with any bnusiness. They came to replace my windshield I paid in cash since I did not have glass coverage. Two weeks later the windshield broke, they told me they would come out and replace it for free, then started sending me bills MONTHS later, of course I no longer had the original invoice so they sent it to a bill collector. I have never been so mad! Check other sites like yahoo and you will see similar stories from other customers! Cons: they charged me twice for the same service and lied about it more

I work for a Farmers agent, and we have referred literally hundreds of people to them over the last year. Then they recently decided to raise their rates to an average of $700 per windshield replacement (a reasonable rate in AZ is about $300), as well as changing their billing systems without letting the companies that continually send people to them know. They won't bill to the company, because the companies will of course deny such an unreasonable amount. So their clients end up screwed. Our agency has paid out of pocket for the clients we referred of course, but to arbitrarily do this to repeat customers & references is highly unacceptable. Also, when I tried to correct the issue with the women in the office, I have never encountered more attitude or incompetancey. We will never use them again.\r Cons: see review more
