I work for a Farmers agent, and we have referred literally hundreds of people to them over the last year. Then they recently decided to raise their rates to an average of $700 per windshield replacement (a reasonable rate in AZ is about $300), as well as changing their billing systems without letting the companies that continually send people to them know. They won't bill to the company, because the companies will of course deny such an unreasonable amount. So their clients end up screwed. Our agency has paid out of pocket for the clients we referred of course, but to arbitrarily do this to repeat customers & references is highly unacceptable. Also, when I tried to correct the issue with the women in the office, I have never encountered more attitude or incompetancey. We will never use them again.\r
