Wouldn't take my car anywhere else! 1/9/2012

Caton Auto is the place to take your vehicle! They have been working on my cars for over 35 years. From the moment I met the founding owner, Al, and walked into that shop, I knew that I was not going to be given the "run around" because I was a woman. The same values have been carried on by Ken and Scott who now run the business. They truly care about each and every one of their customers and their vehicles. They listen to what my concerns for my vehicle are, and everything is explained to me in a way that I can understand. I have recommended them many times over the years, and will continue to do so. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The rest rooms are very nice for an auto repair shop - not what you'd expect at all! Thank goodness Caton is there for my repairs! more

BERT AND CHARLIE WERE THE BEST 7/8/2011

BOTH MEN CHECKED MY TRUCK TRANS AND COULDN'T FIND A PROBLEM WITH IT. THE CODE CAME UP THAT IS WAS A THROTTLE CONTROL PROBLEM. IT TOOK ME 15 MIN TO PUT IN A NEW "TPS" AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM. BEST OF ALL THEY WERE MORE THAN FAIR ON THE DIAGNOSTICS. $0.0. THEY WILL HAVE MY TRANS BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE. more

I can honestly say that when ever I have a problem with my cars that Caton has made a accurate diagnosis and fixed the problem in one visit. Extraordionary service and I have never hesitated to recommend Caton to my friends. more

friendly, courteous, competent, knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional 2/18/2010

I have had major work done on my car several times over the last 304 years, and have been totally satisfied with my experience each time. Everyone is this family business listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, gave me clear information about pricing, issues, amount of time it would take for a job, etc. I was provided a loaner car each time I needed one. I was never pressured to incur an expense I did not really need to incur, and always allowed to make my own decision as to when to take care of a problem. Its a bit of a drive for me to get to Caton AutoClinic, but its worth it, even for a simple oil change :-) more

I don't know why anyone who lives in the greater Catonsville area would not use Caton Auto Clinic for all their automotive needs. The staff is always courteous and willing to answer the tough questions. The helpfulness is beyond comparison. more

Honest, efficient, and always pleasant to deal with. 2/3/2010

I have been using Caton Auto Clinic for more than 8 years and they have worked on multiple cars for me. They are honest, which is most important to me, and they are efficient. They also offer a VIP service card that is available to everyone for purchase, and it gives you discounts on services. That way, you can enjoy benefits throughout the year and save on your maintenance bills. I have never had a bad experience with Caton. They have done all types of major repair work for me, from brakes to motors. They do a good job and they stand behind their work. Also, I am always pleased when the final bill comes out in terms of how it compared to the quote they gave me. The people at Caton Auto Clinic are always pleasant to deal with. In fact, everyone I have met there is always cheery with a positive attitude. I have not found that in many other places. It is a reflection of the management and owners of Caton that everybody there seems to be happy and enjoying their work. Chris Cascia more

Terrific Service 2/3/2010

Caton Auto Clinic is outstanding in their customer service. I like it when the technician shows me what's going on w/my car when a problem has been found. They let me see for myself - for example: how bad my tires were or my brake pads. Most important I value Caton Auto Clinic's Honesty!!! more

SINCE MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED TO KEN AT CATON CLINIC, WE HAVE HAD NOTHING LESS THEN THE BEST FROM ALL OF CATON PERSONNEL, IN ALL OF OUR SERVICING OF ANY VEHICLE WE NEEDED SERVICE ON. THE QUALITY AND COURTESY WHICH HAS BEEN GIVEN TO US AT ALL TIMES, ALLOWS ME TO MAKE THESE STATEMENTS. IN ALL MY YEARS OF SERVICE WITH THE PUBLIC IN MY CAPACITY, I FEEL CATON CLINIC IS THE BEST IN THE FIELD OF SERVICING VEHICLES, NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IS WITH IT. CATON PERSONNEL WORK WITH THE CUSTOMER IN LISTENING TO THEIR ISSUE THEY HAVE WITH THEIR VEHICLE. 1ST LINE OF GREAT SERVICE. I get the best 12/13/2009

Caton is the most knowledgeable place for my car. I have always had quality repair work and I trust them to not only take care of my car but my girlfriend's as well. We have two different makes for vehicles so it is nice to have a quality shop that can work on many makes and models. Pros: They have the best mechanics, staff, and center more
