I have had major work done on my car several times over the last 304 years, and have been totally satisfied with my experience each time. Everyone is this family business listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, gave me clear information about pricing, issues, amount of time it would take for a job, etc. I was provided a loaner car each time I needed one. I was never pressured to incur an expense I did not really need to incur, and always allowed to make my own decision as to when to take care of a problem. Its a bit of a drive for me to get to Caton AutoClinic, but its worth it, even for a simple oil change :-)
