Horrible customer service, was treated rudely by the owner when I tried to return a faucet that was missing all the mounting hardware. I was shocked by his rude behavoir and will never go back to this place or send any of my clients here. The owner, Bill Sullivan, assured me the faucet he sold me had everything needed but in fact, it did not and this held up the plumbing job for hours, until I could go purchase another faucet elsewhere. When I returned the incomplete faucet, I got yelled at and then ignored by Bill Sullivan the owner, when I asked a question about the return transaction. Beware.....before you shop here. more

Please, check out all the other reviews on this site before you even think of going to APS. He pads the reviews to make sure good ones appears on the first page of reviews. He is about as bad a person as I've ever dealt with. If he can't get what you ask for he substitutes whatever he likes without asking first then when you refuse the new parts as totally wrong he says 'no refunds for any reason.' more

I was very pleased with my visit to Austin Plumbing Supply. I wanted to remodel my bathrooms before the holidays since I had many relatives coming in from out of town. I had heard about TOTO toilets and Austin Plumbing Supply came up when I researched them online. I wanted to learn more about them so I went to Austin Plumbing Supply. I was greated by a very friendly staff. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me all the answers to my questions. I also told them I was doing a remodel and they were very knowledgeable about everything! I do not agree with the other blogs are on here. Actually all the girls who work there have degrees in design!!! Believe me they know what they are talking about. I also agree with the blog before mine. Your poor planning is not their mistake!!!!!!!!! If you want your fixtures in a timely fashion start sooner!!!!!!!!!! Things do go on backorder and there is nothing anyone can do about it. It also sounds like all you people are trying to return broken merchandise. I inspected my things before I left to make sure everything was in good shape. Looks like these people hired plumbers who broke their stuff and then tried to play it off like it was already broken when they got it!!!!!!!!! I would recommend Austin Plumbing Supply to anyone I know. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had great prices!!!!!!!!! more

I don't know what all you people are talking about. I think Austin Plumbing Supply is great. If you order your supplies in the proper amount of time you should have no problems. Proper planning is useful in any sort of remodel. I wanted all my supplies at my home before the installation was even scheduled. So I started early and was very satisfied with the service. The designers there are very helpful and knowledgeable. When special ordering anything, there is the chance of something being back ordered. So, in short, careful planning should always be protocal for any remodel or new home. Don't be stupid and wait until the last minute and expect things to just magically appear in your hands. Pros: You can get almost anything here. more

I was sold the wrong kind of drain. Well, we all make mistakes. I was told I had to deal with Bill Sullivan. After reading the reviews, I dreaded going to see if we could work something out. He was attentive, understanding and replaced the drain with the correct type. I found him to be a good guy. Sometimes I wonder about the horror stories ... more
