I was very pleased with my visit to Austin Plumbing Supply. I wanted to remodel my bathrooms before the holidays since I had many relatives coming in from out of town. I had heard about TOTO toilets and Austin Plumbing Supply came up when I researched them online. I wanted to learn more about them so I went to Austin Plumbing Supply. I was greated by a very friendly staff. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me all the answers to my questions. I also told them I was doing a remodel and they were very knowledgeable about everything! I do not agree with the other blogs are on here. Actually all the girls who work there have degrees in design!!! Believe me they know what they are talking about. I also agree with the blog before mine. Your poor planning is not their mistake!!!!!!!!! If you want your fixtures in a timely fashion start sooner!!!!!!!!!! Things do go on backorder and there is nothing anyone can do about it. It also sounds like all you people are trying to return broken merchandise. I inspected my things before I left to make sure everything was in good shape. Looks like these people hired plumbers who broke their stuff and then tried to play it off like it was already broken when they got it!!!!!!!!! I would recommend Austin Plumbing Supply to anyone I know. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had great prices!!!!!!!!!
