Horrible customer service, was treated rudely by the owner when I tried to return a faucet that was missing all the mounting hardware. I was shocked by his rude behavoir and will never go back to this place or send any of my clients here. The owner, Bill Sullivan, assured me the faucet he sold me had everything needed but in fact, it did not and this held up the plumbing job for hours, until I could go purchase another faucet elsewhere. When I returned the incomplete faucet, I got yelled at and then ignored by Bill Sullivan the owner, when I asked a question about the return transaction. Beware.....before you shop here.
