Austin Plumbing is the absolute BEST plumbing company I have EVER worked with!! I am so impressed with how respectful of my property Jasen was, kept the workspace clean and did a thorough inspection of my plumbing. He informed me of the plumbing issues that needed to be addressed in my home. Jasen put in a new outdoor spiggot for me and informed me of the process and did a fantastic job installing it in my crawl space. I chose Austin Plumbing because they drug test all their employees as my brother hired a contractor who had an employee with a drug habit unbeknownst to the contractor. The employee had come back and broke into my brother's home so choosing a contractor who drug tests their employees was of utmost importance to me. I am so impressed by Austin plumbing and Jasen that I use Austin Plumbing as a measuring stick to measure any other contractor I do business with of which none have yet compared to the high standard of service they offer!! This is one happy customer!!! more

Jasen of Austin Plumbing spent the day installing a new pressure tank and iron filter. This required taking away many of the old switch's, gauges, drain's, and other old model equipment that was cluttering the floor and walls. Jasen redesigned and replaced every thing by placing all new pipes, drains, and stacks on the wall in a very neat, orderly arrangement . In addition he did other installations and repairs all excellently and leaving the work area tidy. more

Overall great experience with the plumbing tech 4/2/2014

April 2, 2014. Scott came to our home to fix a plumbing issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with his great communication skills as well as his customer service skills. Which are two things lacking in today's service industry, in my opinion. So definitely a excellent experience with your company. Keep up the good good work and take the time to thank your employees as they are on the front line. more

Service and Diamond Club 3/29/2014

We started out needing a hot water heater replaced, and a serviceman named Arnie came out. The job turned out to be way more than he bargained for, and he was here from 9AM, until 6:30PM, yet there were no additional costs, and he remained extremely professional throughout the job. Since then, we only request Arnie for our Diamond Club inspections, and always get friendly service, and helpful tips. Arnie is coming back in the near future to install 2 new toilets for us, and gave us an exact price ahead of time, so we know what to expect. We would only use Austin Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs, and hopefully, will always get Arnie. more

Outstanding, competent professionals of the highest calibre. 3/28/2014

Austin Plumbing has serviced our home for over a year now. We highly recommend them for their diagnostic skills and competent work, their courteous customer service and follow up. They did excellent work on repairing interior pipes in our bathroom tub and shower, fixed a defective faucet, installed new toilets and replaced an outdoor faucet and pipes. Every one of these repairs has been long-lasting as they use quality products, installed with precision. Cost of repairs are quoted before they begin work, by the plumber, and, after he has completed repairs, in an easy to read statement. This is a well established family firm whose workers speak highly of their employer. This company was recommended to me by the owners of a local hardware store who said their reputation was flawless. I heartily agree and have recommended Austin Plumbing to family and friends. more

Excellent Experience 3/25/2014

I had some pretty bad issues with both my water heater and my water softner. We made a call into Austin Plumbing and on the same day they were at the house evaluating the situation. We worked with Arnie, he was knowlegable, informative and make a very good recommendation. Arnie went the extra mile and not only removed the existing heater and softner but plumbed in the new heater and softner that day! he started at about 2:00 and didn't finish until 7:30 in the evening. I would recommend Arnie to anyone for there plumbing needs, excellent experience. more

Quality and professional 3/22/2014

I have had only good experiences each and every time I've had work done. Good communication with office and installers, I appreciate the quality of work and I feel comfortable with all who have worked at our house. Todd and Vince and Tom are most of the installers who have been here and they are all nice and professional. I forgot the first persons name who came here but that was about year and a half ago. more

Diamond Club Inspection 3/20/2014

We are glad to have experts inspect our home annually. Setting up the appointment was easy. I sent a list of convenient dates and times to Mary Ellen and it was set. There was a confirmation phone call a few days before the visit. Then, the day of the visit, they called about 15 minutes before the service man arrived, telling me who was coming and when he would arrive - nice touch. Scott was extremely nice and professional. He's actually provided service before and we were glad to have him back. He explained his findings well and was very pleasant. more

Hot water tank replacement and bathtub faucet fixed. Jasen was pleasant and took care of both jobs professionally. I was surprised by how quickly he completed the work and left things neat & clean. He explained options and what he was doing, as well as signing us up for the Guardian Club. I was extremely satisfied with the experience. more
