I always like that Jasen gives a clear explanation of all our options and costs without any pressure, and priortizes them according to short term and long term needs so we can plan and budget for our maintenance. Reliable Professional Experience 9/6/2013

Our basement has a grinder pump that needs to be serviced yearly. I only want someone working on it that has experience with this kind of household appliance. Austin Plumbing is very familiar with the units and it puts my mind at ease. We also had a new professional grade water heater installed. Jason was very helpful and explained everything he was doing along the way down to the smallest detail. Thanks Jason for a job well done and for giving us the peace of mind that our home is in perfect working order. more

Patience to work through old pipes 9/5/2013

Jasen was professional and courteous but most important, patient. We've neglected a clogged main drain way too long. This was not an easy fix! Jasen also provided recommendations outside the task to point out other potential risks with our water heater and other plumbing mechanicals. more

Very Professional 8/29/2013

Jasen was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He completed two jobs in a little more than two hours. He left the house looking exactly as it had before his arrival. I also appreciated the safety check. He made us aware of issues we never would've known about. My only complaint was that I was a little surprised at the price. We had our entire bathroom redone for as much as these two projects cost. more

Arnold came to do the yearly inspection of our water system. He is VERY thorough, and VERY good at explaining everything! He reviewed everything he did and efficiently made several repairs for us. Excellent work. 8/22/2013

Scott came to our home and gave a very accurate assessment of the work needed for our plumbing waste pipe and gas pipe update. He then returned to complete the work. The job was well designed and planned and the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend him and Austin Plumbing. We have never been disappointed with their work or prices. The team at Polar Express were very professional and offered solutions for my issue. While all major maintenance issues with a home are expensive I did not feel pressure to purchase something I did not need or want. The team was detailed in their inspection and repair and kept the work site clean. more

An Overall Amazing Company.. 8/20/2013

In September 2012, we purchased our first home ever because we had a bun in the oven. We were having trouble with our water heater and water softener, so we looked up local companies and decided to call Austin Plumbing. They were out to our house the next day, offered us their pricing on the equipment and services and compared it to Home Depot, etc... prices. We decided to go through them, and instead of having to make another appointment for installation, they did it right then and there. The customer service we received was FANTASTIC. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful and hard working. So that day we also decided to sign up for the Diamond package they offer. We literally just got done with our first inspection that the package offers, and were so happy with the service and helpful tips that Arnold offered that we had to come write about it right away. When you have plumbing needs, go to the "smell good" plumbers! THEY'RE AWESOME! more

Honest, professional, and considerate 8/20/2013

Austin Plumbing Company has exceptional service, and I have no problem recommending them. They have done a number of projects in our house. Regardless of what it is, they are very considerate as far as not making a mess, wearing slippers to avoid tracking dirt, arriving punctually, and being very clear in terms of what they are going to do. They are also very upfront about the expense of the projects. more

We needed a new sump pump. 8/20/2013

I scheduled an appointment to have a new sump pump installed. Jason arrived well with in teh 2 hour window I was given. Not the usual "in the am or pm" range of times. While this repair was not a an emergency Jason acted quickly and efficiently to effect the replacement. He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. No spare parts or drippings! Nice! more

Water Leaking Problem Fixed 8/17/2013

The receptionist called to let us know that Jasen would be able to come earlier than scheduled. Nice surprise! The receptionist was very friendly. Jasen was very courteous, friendly and professional. He was able to fix our leaking bathtub faucet and installed an access panel. He cleaned up everything when he was done. I'm very pleased. I would recommend Austin Plumbing. more

Water heater went out 8/15/2013

The technician pete was great, my 5 year old loved him. His work was up to par, cleaned up after, explained how to used, showed me where to call if any problems, talk in great detail about the warranties. Would absolutely use, and recommend them to anyone. Great job. Loving the new water heater. Thank you again for the same day service. more

Iron Curtain & Softner replacement 8/15/2013

We got our iron curtain and water softner replaced with a consolodated system. Work was completed as expected and the area was left nice and clean. I can't say that about a different company I formerly used in the past. more
