Apparently closed up shop September 2011 10/27/2011

I have had a CPAP machine and supplies through this company since last December. I really liked the initial in-home person who brought my machine and set it up for me and explained how to use it properly. I had to have three masks initially to find one that would not leak over night and not leave sore spots. When I had to replace the supplies in May, they shipped very fast, but did not include the filter and they sent a wrong hose. I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now, finally drove by yesterday and there was a handwritten sign on the door that said, ""CLOSED."" Contacted my doctor's office and they had discovered the place shut down sometime in September. Sure would have been nice if they had informed their patients. Good news, I guess, I now ""own"" my machine rather than the monthly rental. more

Frustrated due to their bad accounting practices 4/15/2010

Guys usually my experience with most of the company's during has been average/above average. With those folks I am really frustrated. In 2005 I bought a CPAP from them through my insurance. This is worth over $1000 Humana policy is to lease the equipment for 1 year during which they share the cost with you and afterwords it becomes yours without any further obligations. It all went fine during the first year. Everything was payed by both Humana and myself as it was supposed to. The continued sending bills afterwords to both myself and Humana and guess what they are still sending those!!!. I had a conference call between their accountant person, myself and Humana a few months after they did not stop with these. They apologized, confirmed that they have closed the account, stopped for a few months and then started this once again. Few months ago I started getting calls from collection agency they have turned it over to. I explained this to their the agency's representative who understood; the collection letters stopped but the bills from them now have started up again!!!!!. Needless to say I am extremely frustrated and want to go and shout at them to get their act together. They are open till 5 pm and off on weekends and my job does not allow me to spend work outside. If you guys have any suggestions that what I should do next please let me know. I will certainly do no business with them ever again and won't recommend them to anyone either. Pros: Don't know Cons: Bad Accounting practices more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 2/12/2009

WELL I FOR ONE BEG TO DIFFER FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND THEY ANSWERED ALL MY BILLING QUESTIONS. THEY EVEN WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND HAD A CONFERENCE CALL WITH ME AND MY INSURANCE, WHEN I QUESTIONED MY DEDUCTABLE. ONCE WE HAD ALL THAT CLEARED OUT THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME ABOUT MY CPAP MACHINE. THEY LET ME KNOW WHEN I WAS ABLE TO GET REPALACEMENT SUPPLIES, AND THEY MAIL THEM OUT EVERY MONTH! I THINK THAT THIS COMPANY HAS DONE A GREAT JOB OVERALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITHOUT HESATATION. Pros: FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF Cons: WISH THEY WERE CLOSER more

Very Poor Customer Service 8/14/2008

I have called 4 times to question my bill and they have never returned any of my calls. They also charged my insurance company over $6000 for a machine that costs $2600. I would not reccommend them at all. Cons: no communication more

Worst customer service 8/30/2007

This company delivered a hospital bed for my father-in-law that is on medicare. The bed collapsed when my father-in-law tried to lay on it. I contacted the mfg. they said the capacity was 350lb my father-in-law was last weighed at 324lb two months prior to getting the bed. The mfg. stated that the weight was too close to the limit and that he needed a larger beryatric bed. Jim refused to replace the bed stating that it was within its limits. Even the RN and home health care that ordered the bed stated that he needed a larger bed and still they refused. I am reporting this company to Medicare and I would not recommend this organization to anyone. They obviously are only in it for $$ and care nothing of their customers. more
