WELL I FOR ONE BEG TO DIFFER FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND THEY ANSWERED ALL MY BILLING QUESTIONS. THEY EVEN WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND HAD A CONFERENCE CALL WITH ME AND MY INSURANCE, WHEN I QUESTIONED MY DEDUCTABLE. ONCE WE HAD ALL THAT CLEARED OUT THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME ABOUT MY CPAP MACHINE. THEY LET ME KNOW WHEN I WAS ABLE TO GET REPALACEMENT SUPPLIES, AND THEY MAIL THEM OUT EVERY MONTH! I THINK THAT THIS COMPANY HAS DONE A GREAT JOB OVERALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITHOUT HESATATION.
