Review content:
Guys usually my experience with most of the company's during has been average/above average. With those folks I am really frustrated. In 2005 I bought a CPAP from them through my insurance. This is worth over $1000 Humana policy is to lease the equipment for 1 year during which they share the cost with you and afterwords it becomes yours without any further obligations. It all went fine during the first year. Everything was payed by both Humana and myself as it was supposed to. The continued sending bills afterwords to both myself and Humana and guess what they are still sending those!!!. I had a conference call between their accountant person, myself and Humana a few months after they did not stop with these. They apologized, confirmed that they have closed the account, stopped for a few months and then started this once again. Few months ago I started getting calls from collection agency they have turned it over to. I explained this to their the agency's representative who understood; the collection letters stopped but the bills from them now have started up again!!!!!. Needless to say I am extremely frustrated and want to go and shout at them to get their act together. They are open till 5 pm and off on weekends and my job does not allow me to spend work outside.
If you guys have any suggestions that what I should do next please let me know.
I will certainly do no business with them ever again and won't recommend them to anyone either.
Pros: Don't know
Cons: Bad Accounting practices
