A service call was put in to Austec on 09/03/2009 and the TV was finally fixed on 09/21/2009, or so the appointment lady stated. This has yet to come to fruition, much like anything else that the women on the other line say. A call was placed on 09/16/2009 early in the morning, and the woman on the other end could give me no answers as to where my part was. I had already recieved 2 of the parts, and was waiting on another one I was told was ordered at the same time, it was not. One promise after another revelaed that the parts had about a 2 day turnaround, when in fact it was more like 2 1/2 weeks, not 2 days. The ladies at the other end of the line are quick to jump on your case if the questioning becomes too difficult for them to answer, and are sometimes blunlty rude. This service is a JOKE, and if I had to pay for it, meaning SAMSUNG had outsourced them, I would be highly pi@#$# off!!! I already am, and would never recommend this service to anyone who doesn't have to take it. Find another company, just read the reviews from people like I did!!! It's all true, i can't believe this place is still in business!!!
