Excellent and Honest 6/24/2011

1st of all, all the dental assistants, hygenists and office workers are unbelievably friendly. They made me feel so comfortable, as I get nervous going to the dentist. I came from NY and saw several dentists down here before coming to Gentle Dental. All the other dentists cared about was money. At Gentle Dental, they try their best to keep prices low, and their primary purpose is to fix your smile, instead of collecting your money. Love it here, will use them from now on and will recommend to friends/family. Thank you guys!!! more

Surprised 6/14/2011

I was a little put off at first, My appt was at 8:00 and people who's appt's were at 8:30 were called back before me and when I asked if I might have been forgotten the girl behind the county was a little snippy, but I was called back a few minutes later and they went out of their way to make me feel more relaxed when I informed them how nervous I was about dental work in general. They talked to me during the whole procedure telling me what they were doing and going to do next and when I was able to answer made small talk and joked when I could'nt answer. The Dr's assistant was a temp and it was her first day there and I was her first client, she didn't know where anything was but the Dr was patient with her which also made me feel more comfortable. Considering the work I had done it was painless and relatively comfortable. more

GentleDental is the Best! 5/23/2011

My prior dentist said i needed dental work, crowns and such of $4,000. I went to GentleDental, didn't need any of it. I have a new "honest" dentist now at GentleDental. Appts are easy, specialists if you need them float between several offices. Very convenient. more

Delray - Quick response to an emergency 4/30/2011

9:00AM - Normally I my home dental facility is Bocat. I called to explain a sudden discomfort (later I found out my symptons may be related to TMJ). I called Boca and expressed the need to see a doctor due to jaw numbing and pain. Boca quickly looked my records and told me that Dr. Gerraison was at the Delray office. Called ame in atnd Mellisa got 11:40AM. The doctor, Sammy and the other staff was welcoming and engaging. I highly recommend this facility. more

My Root Canal Experience 4/8/2011

It was a pleasure, no pain, no discomfort while the procedure was being done by Dr. Spott. Three canals were cleaned and filled. I took two Ibuprofen tablets at 6PM and two tablets at 10 PM. The next morning there was no need for any tablets. Gentle Dental, certainly is Gentle. more

root canal 2/13/2011

the appointment was punctual, and the staff was very nice to me. but, I wasn't given gas to relax me although I explained in detail my prior difficulties with dental treatment. also, the rubber over my mouth did not allow me to swallow or spit, so my saliva ran down the side of my face & onto my clothes during the procedure. in addition, my mouth feels as bad 3 days after as it did the day before my visit. more
