I was a little put off at first, My appt was at 8:00 and people who's appt's were at 8:30 were called back before me and when I asked if I might have been forgotten the girl behind the county was a little snippy, but I was called back a few minutes later and they went out of their way to make me feel more relaxed when I informed them how nervous I was about dental work in general. They talked to me during the whole procedure telling me what they were doing and going to do next and when I was able to answer made small talk and joked when I could'nt answer. The Dr's assistant was a temp and it was her first day there and I was her first client, she didn't know where anything was but the Dr was patient with her which also made me feel more comfortable. Considering the work I had done it was painless and relatively comfortable.
