a fine dental visit 10/26/2010

I came in for a check up; the office was clean and everyone was nice and efficient except that I did have to wait for a good 1/2 hour before I was called into the office and after x-rays another few minutes for the Doctor. All of our time is valuable and should be respected. more

Delray Good - Boynton Bad 9/22/2010

I've been to the Delray office a few times in over a year and Dr. Garrison is one of the best Dentists I've seen - he'll take the time to explain everything fully and is a genuinely nice person. However, when he refered me to Gentle Dental's "Specialist" due to a tooth he couldn't "save" that's when the problems insued. Why would he (or the company) have this Surgeon on their team? He is arrogant, impolite, egotistical, and cannot communicate well at all (English not his first language?) He was very pushy - trying to get me to do more than what I wanted (his name was Dr. Segui I believe). And the Boynton office was aweful (see my comments for Boynton) more

Awesome First Time Visit 9/16/2010

I visited your Delray office on the 15th and I look forward to my next visit. The office was a little plain, but that was ok, because the staff filled the place with kindness. The front office seemed a little busy, so they were not able to greet you right away. However when they did, you could tell you had their full attention. The dentist and his hygienist were simply the best!! (Iam sorry I forgot your names) The staff at the Delray location totally makes going to the dentist enjoyable!! more

Painful 8/14/2010

I need to made an additional appointment because my tooth was not filled properly. It still hurts and is extremely sensitive weeks later. Also, it took 3 tries for the dentist to find the correct nerve to numb, so I felt the drilling as well. more
